Pega Certified Lead Business Architect

Note: Hybrid position; 2 days in-office, 3 days remote Must have a PEGA Business Architect certification with a MINIMUM of 3 years POST Certification experience.

Summary Pega Lead Business Architect will act as a liaison between the business users, stakeholders and technologists. This individual will be responsible to work with Lead System Architect and Leadership team jointly charting business and technical strategies.

Skills Required / DesiredRELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 9 or more yrs.Experience as a Business Analysis or related areaExperience in Use Case DevelopmentExperience as a PEGA Business Architect with 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE POST CERTIFICATIONBroad experience in an organization that develops and delivers software to customersExperience Managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLCAgile software development experienceDocumentation of requirements, test cases, and training material, functional design and leading test executionConfiguration and deployment of software solutions at the enterprise level4 year college degree or equivalent technical studyStrong interpersonal, communication and relationship skills
