Required Skills: 4+ years of senior-level (tier 2 or 3) administration and engineering experience in an enterprise IT environment, having performed operational and break/fix activity along with engineering and design Microsoft Intune expertise implementing and supporting for Business Understanding of O365 for MAC specifically in the area of: Outlook for MAC Skype for MAC OneDrive for MAC Good knowledge of authentication mechanisms Active Directory Federation Services Azure AD Connect Intune SiteMinder, CyberArc Extensive experience with the design and implementation of IT projects and major efforts, to include documentation, communication, and coordination of all components Expertise with professionally coordinating and assisting customer support (tier-1 or tier-2) personnel with O365 related incidents and tasks 2+ years of developing information system design, governance, process, procedure documentation Expertise in coordination and escalation to Microsoft support and ability to coordinate with first- and third-party software vendors as needed for resolution of business-impacting problems Microsoft Certified Professional Provides support, (administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, contingency), for multiple messaging and collaboration technologies Identifies and participates in improvement opportunities spanning service delivery, user experience, security, etc. Performs root cause analysis of critical outage and incidents, engineer permanent solutions, and coordinate implementation Monitor daily operations to ensure continuity of service Participate in efforts with Cyber and Technical Architecture groups to certify new collaboration capabilities Support technology evaluations of new features and functions Ensure changes, incidents, and new releases to the service are managed to client's expectations Suggest and participate in the implementation of new processes as process gaps are defined and service matures Participate in operational reviews and other service metrics as required Provide written job aids to the Service Desk Maintain existing and, as required, develop new documentation that will include but is not limited to SOPs and System Architecture Guides Participate in any P1/ P2 and provided extended hours support "
