Job Title: ETL DeveloperLocation (Teaneck, NJ): Hybrid (right now it's just 1 day onsite but if the company goes upto 2 or 3 days candidate needs to be ok with it in the future)Duration: 6-month C2HJOB DESCRIPTION:-The ETL Developer is an integral part of our Digital Information Delivery team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ site.Position DetailsThe ETL Developer will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data across multiple sources (Data warehouse/Reporting views and reports). The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, capacity to work with large-scale datasets, be detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.Key Responsibilities
- Designing data-intensive back-end transactional and analytical data warehouse systems using ETL tools like SSIS.
- Creating data models and diagrams.
- Data discovery and profiling, assessing data quality, tracing lineage, investigating any questions and issues relating to the data including impact of business process, system, and data flows
- Work collaboratively with Report and DW developers to conduct a range of analysis to facilitate better understanding of the data. This could include –
- Performing thorough analysis and identifying data gaps and issues.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of information between source systems, Datawarehouse, reporting views and reports.
- Conducting performance tuning and troubleshooting applications.

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or equivalent
- 3-5 years of SSIS ETL development experience is a must
- 5+ years of data analysis experience using SQL
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required in explaining the what, how, and why of data analysis to non-technical stakeholders
- Hands on experience in data quality practices relating to data profiling/analysis and impact analysis.
