- We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist /JIRA Ticket Processor to manage the processing of external customer tickets in JIRA
- will be responsible to create creating internal tickets from our external clients for our team ensuring that all the work is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner to obtain additional information when necessary
- Monitor and update the status of tickets as required
- Maintain accurate documentation of all tickets processed
