Job Overview: XR (Extended Reality) team manages capabilities that aids Human Performance at the Manufacturing Shopfloor. The capabilities use technologies associated with Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Realities. We operate with globally distributed teams and support work across various manufacturing Sites. The Business Analyst will work as a member of the XR Business Stream, and the responsibilities are as detailed below. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Gain a deep understanding of the business processes, systems and devices that support the XR EcoSystem programs.
• Organize and participate in discussions with Business to understanding needs, develop Business Requirements, support communications and brainstorming sessions with Technology partners to help roadmap the development of the elicited requirements.
• Support adoption of the XR capabilities by Manufacturing Site through regular connects with Site based teams, understanding capability support needs and resolving those demands through collaborating with Technical teams.
• Organize and participate in virtual or in-person training sessions with Manufacturing Sites to provide hands-on experience with using XR Capabilities or Devices. Support the development of Training artifacts as needed.
• Support monthly/quarterly System Upgrade Releases by authoring test scripts, coordinating user acceptance testing.
• Lead the development and execution of standard SDLC deliverables such as requirements, system testing, user acceptance testing, traceability matrix and other change management deliverables.
• Collaborate with XR team members to develop Knowledge Articles that support the use of XR Capabilities at the Manufacturing Sites namely Job Aids, best practice-based guidelines, playbook and other such artifacts.
• Work closely with various stakeholders across our Company divisions, and user community to understand key business requirements and align solutions to business and IT strategy.

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in the IT industry.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience with GMP Computer System Qualification in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with both a business and a technical audience, and a demonstrated ability to influence business process discussions, decision making with business partners and communicating effectively with a broad level of business and IT partners
• Strong organization, influencing, and follow up skills are critical for this role.
• Extensive experience with Software Development Lifecycle.
• Proximity of residence to West Point Site and be willing to travel to US based Manufacturing Sites as needed.

• Experience with Augmented, Mixed and Virtual Reality Systems.
• Prior experience working with Client would be a huge plus.
