Remote agents Needed

1-3 years previous call center experience

Successfully pass background check

Us citizenship and 18 years of age

A distraction free workspace

Proficiency with basic computer applications and equipment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent Customer service skills

Dedicated to high-speed internet connection and hardware.

Coachable, highly motivated and driven to succeed.

Hospitality experience but not required.

Analytical skills required to identify and exploit selling opportunities.

Successful up sale product skills and closing technique.

Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries.
