We are seeking talented, detail oriented, dependable, trustworthy and passionate individuals to join our culinary team at Caples Lake Resort. We are a small team looking for positive, constructive, and solution-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and happy to do whatever it takes to ensure an amazing experience for our guests.

Line Cook / full and part time

Prep Cook / full and part time

Dish Washer / full and part time

QUALIFICATIONS FOR KITCHEN POSITIONS:

Experience/ Knowledge:

Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.

Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Previous prep or line cook experience. (we are open to training for the right individuals with limited experience)

SKILLS/APITUDES FOR ALL POSITIONS:

Must possess a positive, "can do" attitude.

Professional communication skills are required.

Ability to take direction.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

Must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.

Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.

Food Handlers permit required.

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Must be able to speak, read, and understand basic cooking directions.
