Apex Insurance Syndicate is a premier Life Insurance Marketing Organization. We are currently building a new, modern, upscale brand in the Life Insurance space in the Las Vegas area. Our agency is comprised of confident, intelligent, savage, aspiring, energetic, and sophisticated women and men with a drive to represent our unique brand and take our company to the next level, and we are looking to add a fun and energetic Administrative Assistant to the team.
The main duties of the Administrative Assistant will be to assist the CEO in his day-to-day operations which include but are not limited to monitoring emails, social media accounts, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and screening future candidates looking to join the team. A company credit card will be provided.
Requirements- Have a savage, no-excuses mentality!
Responsibilities
Assist the CEO in the day-to-day operations
Organize and schedule appointments
Screen Applicants
Monitor and update our social media accounts
Complete E Applications
Update clients on the status of their applications
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Book travel arrangements

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
