$30/Hr F/T & Benefits-General Const.-Carpentry, Framing, Plaster, Tile

I am looking for a Full Time Long Term Employee well rounded in general construction with experience and attention to detail. I have multiple properties to maintain and small construction projects to manage.

For the right person, this would be an opportunity to establish steady, stable income with room for growth as a supervisor as I take on bigger construction projects.

If you have any licenses and if you are bilingual, those would be huge pluses.

Must have the following experience and knowledge and be able to work without supervision and be a problem solver:

- Carpentry and framing

- Plastering, stucco, interior & exterior finish

- Painting

- Tile work, flooring

- Operate basic construction equipment

- Handyman type of work, including basic appliance replacement, plumbing and electrical and lighting

- Minor roofing repairs

- Basic landscaping and irrigation

- Must have basic tools and truck

I do a criminal background check, and drug testing as well.
