Responsibilities:
- Use cutting tools and equipment to prepare fruit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain quality and freshness of ingredients
- Assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed
Requirements:
- Some knowledge of fruit preparation
- Ability to handle and cut various types of ingredients safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly cutting area
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team, Spanish and/or English
