Looking for entreprenurial small business owners interested in becoming the next generation of Farmers Insurance Agents. Northern Nevada is growing in population as Farmers is looking to aggressively grow right along with it. Agency Ownership with Farmers can be a very lucrative enterprise for the right kind of person looking to build a career that provides all the freedom of being an independent contractor, while representing a nationally-recognized brand that gives instant credibility and respect. Many of our Agency Owners go on to have their businesses become generational in nature, which is a huge benefit when building a book of business.
For some, the best entry point will be to begin a book of business from scratch, which comes with exciting and well-paying bonuses. For others, buying an existing book of business and then growing from there will be the way to go. Either way, this commission-based opportunity provides uncapped income potential. We currently have a few agencies in the greater Reno/Sparks area for sale currently, each generating renewal commisions of $85K+, not including new business.
An insurance license in the state of Nevada is ultimately required to become an Agent, but non-licensed candidates are able to obtain the necessary licenses as part of the onboarding process.
