Nevada Medicaid certified QBA / QMHA candidates with an active NPI skilled with extensive experience in effectively working with youth will be expedited through the hiring process.

CANDIDATES MUST BE ENROLLED THROUGH NEVADA MEDICAID AS A CERTIFIED AND ACTIVE QBA / QMHA PROVIDER WITH AN ACTIVE NPI NUMBER AND RESIDE IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. This opportunity is perfect for QBAs and QMHAs who are already doing contract work with other behavioral and mental health agencies looking to add more clients to their caseload.

Other opportunities are also available and may be offered to skilled and experienced QBAs / QMHAs: Self-managed flexible schedules based on approved units start at $15+/hr for QBA and $20+/hr for QMHA DOE.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2+ years experience in providing behavioral mental health services as a Qualified Behavioral Aide (QBA) or Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) Strong client service skills in building rapport, role-modeling, re-directing and deescalating clients and teaching evidence based behavioral skills, tools, and interventions is required.

Ability to professionally work with client families, foster families along with all levels of the client's treatment team including clinical therapists, social workers, DCFS personnel, attorneys, doctors, CASA workers, wraparound workers is required.

We are looking for experienced mental health professionals with at least 2+ years experience in providing the following outpatient mental health services: Basic Skills Training (BST), Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR).

Candidates must have experience in effectively working with at-risk youth ranging from 3 -17 years old and adults including using evidence based tools, interventions and skilled in client de-escalation.
