Dispatch and Recruiting Specialist- Full Time

At Square One Solutions we are a family owned and operated Employment Agency with a single branch located here in Reno in operation since 2009. We provide staff for both temporary and full-time positions across a variety of industries with a focus on Construction, Event Service, Light Industrial / Manufacturing and Office. It is our goal to find both the most suitable employment avenue for job seekers, as well as the best matched candidates for employers.

We are currently expanding our dedicated team of seven and are seeking a dynamic person with a can-do attitude. Working as a Dispatch and Recruiting Specialist you will be responsible for hosting interviews, orienting new employees, data entry, payroll processing, phone call management, and servicing in-person guests. This role focuses on the temporary construction and event industries specifically.

Requirements:

-Fluently bilingual (Spanish & English)

-Proficiency with computers / technology to perform efficient data entry

-Positive attitude and friendly demeanor with all customers, clients, and guests, in person and over the phone.

-Consistent reliability to report for the duration of the established schedule each week.

-Comfortability answering incoming and placing outgoing calls in a polite and professional manner.

Schedule & Compensation:

-6:15am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday (2-hour lunch) 8.75hrs/day, 43.75+hrs/week & weekends on-call as necessary.

-Starting hourly rate: $25/hr

-Full health benefits coverage paid 100% by employer (for primary beneficiary).

-Full vision and dental coverage paid 100% by employer (for primary beneficiary).

-401k enrollment + employer match 3% of salary + year end profit sharing (upon eligibility).

-3 weeks (15 days) Paid Time Off per year.

Due to the nature of our business and the blend of different work we receive, one day can be quite different from the next and it is important to be able to quickly adapt to change. Our business is constantly developing and changing, which can result in the need for additional staff in new roles; the sky is the limit for professional development and promotion to other positions / increased job duties.
