Warehouse Parts Manager FULL TIME

We are looking for the right person to join our Rixstine family in our inventory division. This is a fast pace job that is different every day involving organizing inventory, keeping minimums and maximums on the shelf and checking in incoming shipments, and pulling inventory for orders on a daily basis. This position is also in charge of maintaining accurate inventory counts, yearly cycle counts and assisting in damaging out product when necessary as well as quality control of product they are pulling for orders.

This position is both an active daily warehouse worker and office worker. Working on the receiving dock and signing for incoming shipments as well as unloading pallets (able to lift up to 50 lbs. daily). Position also requires computer skills, ability to pull cycle count reports, sales history and create minimum/maximum lists as well as adding new part numbers and matching vendor information.

Daily Tasks:

1. Receiving in inventory via UPS, Truck and Postal

2. Double checking inventory used on orders and ensuring counts are correct

3. Physically pull inventory items from receiving and making sure items get to production in a timely and organized fashion

4. Cycle counting various levels of inventory and maintaining those counts within the computer system

5. Keeping all inventory shelves organized and clean as well as making sure all products are labeled with proper part numbers

Requirements:

2. Easy going, work well under pressure

3. Ability to get along with co-workers

4. Self-starter and Self-motivated

5. Able to take direction and run with it

6. Some computer skills

7. Ability to drive a forklift (we will train and certify in house)

7. Valid Driver License as well ability to drive a manual transmission

8. Must be available to work from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday
