W2 employee at $20/hr. PLUS commission
This is a pretty easy job we just need people who are willing to walk around outside and talk to people. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED we will train you on everything you need to be successful!
```Duties```
- Offer a free inspection to generate leads for the sales team (we will train you and it's a pretty simple script)
- Research and identify target neighborhoods for lead generation efforts (we will train you)
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information (this just means we don't want you shoving an appointment down someone's throat)
- don't worry about selling, that's the sales team job
```Qualifications```
- no experience needed!
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- willing to learn and follow a script. Willing to work in varying temperatures outside.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- no need to have familiarity with market research techniques and tools we will train you
