Field Service Technician - Networking

We are looking for Field Network Technicians that want to be a part of a team providing network and IT services for over 500 customers supporting network installation, troubleshooting, and break fix services for a diverse group of businesses. Candidates need to be customer driven. Effective communication/documentation skills, attention to detail, and experience in networking, data equipment, PCs, cabling, video or security devices and/or willing to learn are vital to succeed in this role. We are seeking initiative-taking, problem solving, and collaborative individuals.

Must be able to travel within a 350 mile radius of the Metro Omaha Area.

Minimum of one year experience installing low voltage cable.

Minimum of one year experience in restoring services by troubleshooting and replacing failed components.

Computer skills including configuring network gear and using Microsoft Office.

Technical and interpersonal skills working with Network Operations Centers.

Ability to be on-call on a rotating schedule with other team members.

Must have a basic laptop and telecom hand tools or the ability to get them.
