Small Interior Remodel in West Yellowstone: Free lodging

Small remodel job in one of our motel rooms in West Yellowstone. Free lodging provided at the motel. Please first see the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QYHJ6tUack and then read the details below.

1: Remove drywall from existing wall. The wall measures 10' x 89". Fill existing area with soundproof insulation, attach Acoustic Insulation Sound Board, frame the wall out another two to three inches, fill with soundproof insulation, and then drywall. The electrical will need to be moved to the new outer wall.

2: Remove the corner closet, which was built on top of the laminate flooring, clean up the area and repaint the walls. I don't know yet if the flooring will need to be redone under the closet.
