We are seeking an energetic, charismatic seasonal manager (May - October) to oversee guest hospitality and innkeeper functions. This role will coordinate and manage activities of 4-6 additional seasonal staff relating to guest services, lodge and cabin cleaning and turnover, coordination of meals/catering and ensuring that guests enjoy their stay.

The successful candidate should be perfectly at home in an outdoor setting and have experience managing a small team, show attention to detail and understand the needs of guests at a premier, luxury property.

Housing is provided at the ranch which is located one hour from Missoula. Compensation will be commensurate with experience expected at $1,200/week plus health insurance and paid time off.
