Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, MEP, HVAC, and project engineering. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience.Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that all construction work is carried out in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Manage and supervise project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and other documentation as required.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction, MEP, HVAC, and project engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and supervise project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools and technologies.
