Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a team of experts to create breathtaking landscapes for high-end residential properties.

Safely and efficiently operate landscaping equipment, including skid-steers and excavators.

Cultivate a secure and positive work atmosphere for all team members.

Play a key role in streamlining work processes to enhance overall efficiency.

Assist in daily and weekly reporting on hours worked and job progress.

Qualifications for Crew Members ($25-$35):

Demonstrated experience in landscape installation

Proficiency in skid-steer and excavator operation

Valid Driver's License

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)

Qualifications for Crew Leaders ($35-$40):

Effective communication and leadership qualities: ability to teach and lead a team

Proficiency in technical tasks such as planting, irrigation, and reading blueprints/landscape drawings

Heavy equipment experience in skid steers, mini ex’s, dingos

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and foresee problems and opportunities

Computer/technology literate

3-6 years in landscaping, excavation, or general construction, preferably in an onsite leadership role
