That's precisely what some of our employees and prospective employees think when they came across CodeForce 360. Position Overview Desktop Technician Requirements:

  • Interface with local and global IT service partners and CX regional teams (Americas, EAME, AP) to support the effective delivery of technical solutions, process improvements and seamless support required to power our businesses.
  • Provide technical support before, during, and after migration from a Global domain to a Local domain using provided tools and scripts and ensures all user and configuration data has been captured and properly restored.
  • Utilizes their own as well as their team's general knowledge of GPOs, AD, SCCM, and other network and server tools to maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software, computer hardware, and peripheral issues as needed during the migration.
  • Provide resolution of end user's technical issues post migration via telephone or desk side after migration while following up on all tickets and/or calls to ensure they are resolved to closure within target.
  • Support future migrations by providing feedback and documenting potential improvements to processes and procedures upon discovery.
Qualifications:
  • Strong working knowledge of core applications including Active Directory, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Imaging Software.
  • Previous Windows 10 upgrade project experience preferred.
  • Experience with standard technical support concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be self-motivated to ensure the teams deadlines are met.
  • Able to follow procedures with little to no immediate supervision.
  • Ability to lift equipment up to 35 pounds.
