Blvd Tavern, a gastropub in the Kansas City Crossroads, is hiring a Sous Chef. Were closed Monday and Tuesday. 5 day 40 hour work week with guaranteed 2 days off in a row. Weekend availability is required. Scratch kitchen using only the best seasonal and local ingredients. We make fine dining food in a casual neighborhood restaurant. The kitchen is an open display kitchen, we work clean, calm and efficient. Hands on chef owner.
