Senior Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Saint Louis, MO. The candidate will support documentation efforts, create call flow designs, dashboards, and other visualization related to current and upcoming enhancement work for their new cloud contact center, Amazon Connect.REQUIREMENTS: IVR/Telephony background Strong understanding of AWS functionality (S3 buckets, Lambda, etc.) Strong documentation skillsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
