We have openings for Sales Associate positions at our new locations, coming soon!  You must bring some retail sales skills or experience in the shoe industry with you.

The Ideal candidate:

-Has experience in retail 

-Must have strong selling skills 

-Must have a positive attitude and great people skills 

- Has knowledge of shoes, health and wellness footwear and/or other health and wellness products would be a huge plus. 

Summary of Position: 

Assist the Store & Assistant Manager :

● Provide excellent customer service to meet sales goals as set by the Company 

● Assist in Store operations per Company policy 

● Maintain Store appearance to attract customers 

● Assist in organizing, receiving, and transferring merchandise 

● Inventory Maintenance 

● Opening and Closing 

Qualifications: 

● Excellent communication skills to properly relate to customers, staff, supervisors, 

and Corporate Office 

● Strong sales and customer service skills 

● Good problem resolution experience 

● Effective computer and POS register abilities 

● Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) 

● Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds 

● Must be able to use a ladder to access the stock 

● Must have the stamina to work up to 40 hours per week 

● Flexible schedule to accommodate retail hours 7 days per week

Pay
