Minimum pay range 50-70k based on experience. You will need a strong history of successful restaurant management. You will need to interview, select, coach and help develop the front of house staff. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and days. 2 days off a week, closed SUNDAYS, NYD, Christmas, Christmas eve, Thanksgiving, Labor day, Memorial day and 4th of July.
