Project Lead Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client is looking for a Project Lead Business Systems Analyst to support documentation efforts, create call flow designs, dashboards, and other visualization related to current and upcoming enhancement work for their new cloud contact center, Amazon Connect.REQUIREMENTS: Hands on IVR migration experience from on-prem to a cloud platform (Amazon Connect or similar platform) Strong understanding of AWS technology (S3 buckets, Lambdas, etc.) Technical Writer level documentation skillsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
