Mortgage Field Inspector

National inspection company in search of motivated Field Inspectors, Independent Contractors or inspection companies to service Madison or St. Clair county. Responsibilities include: conducting exterior occupancy checks (drive-by-no appointment needed), providing property condition photos on occupied properties, door card delivery and interior inspections on vacant, bank owned properties. The ideal candidate(s) will need strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Direct experience is preferred but not necessary. Requirements: -You must be local to, or within a reasonable distance from the county/area you’re interested in -Have regular daylight availability, as Inspections must be completed during daylight hours -Dependable, fuel-efficient transportation -Valid driver's license -Android or iOS Apple smartphone -Laptop or desktop computer -Printer -High Speed Internet -GPS -Volt Stick/Voltage Tester -Must be able to pass a background check - Ability to work independently, utilizing strong time management skills to meet deadlines -18 years of age or older

This is a 1099 contract. Direct Deposit, twice per month.
