Maintenance Workers / Handymen /Experienced Refinishers needed
Our company has been serving the St. Louis area for over 25 years. We provide maintenance services to residential property management companies, including readying the spaces for new tenants. Our growth has led us to need more team members to provide the level of service our clients deserve.
THIS IS NOT SEASONAL WORK; we are looking people seeking long-term employment to join our team.
Monday-Friday work, no nights, no weekends, no on-call.
The majority of the work in occupied units is basic maintenance/handyman style items, such as repair a leaking faucet, replace a doorknob, install a toilet, and unclog a bathtub.
In units we are preparing for occupancy, the work typically includes drywall patching, light fixture installation, faucet installation, flooring installation, appliance installation, and similar items.
We are in need of additional people in both departments! Also, are you an experienced refinisher for tubs, tile, and countertops? If so, we want to hire you!
