Hiring Experienced Concrete Foreman

We are looking for an experienced, talented individual to join our company as a Concrete Foreman. As part of our team, you lead crews in the completion of various major concrete projects. always ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. You coordinate tasks for your crews according to current project needs and supervise the use of machinery. In some cases, you may need to train crew members on safe equipment use. You must also possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements:

5 years of concrete experience, including experience in a leadership or supervisory position

Detailed knowledge of concrete construction procedures and OSHA guidelines

Experience with blueprint reading, concrete finishing, and managing crews

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work for long, flexible hours and in extreme weather conditions
