General Construction Laborers Interior and Exterior

Construction Company specializing in multifamily repairs and renovations is in immediate need for a top pay general laborer for interior and exterior renovations.

- Benefits include bonuses, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

- Duties will include, but are not limited to decks, windows, doors & interior/exterior renovations.

- Hands-on experience in working with construction equipment.

- Excellent understanding of construction techniques, methods of installation & construction.

- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment & measurement tools (power tools, hammers, rulers, etc.)

- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.

- Good physical condition and endurance.

- Applicants must have reliable transportation.

- Must have valid Driver's License.

- May have to travel.

- Compensation will be determined on experience & skill set.
