Forklift Operator - 1st/2nd Shift

Position Title: Forklift Operator - 1st/2nd Shift

Wage: $16/hour, $16.60/hour

Shift: 1st/2nd

Hours: 6:30am-3pm Mon-Fri, 3pm-11:30pm Mon-Fri

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Complete pick order to customer orders

- Assist blowdown operations as necessary

- Assist with staging of product prior to filling

- Inspect product for code printed in accordance with guidelines

- Ensure boxes are properly coded in accordance with established quality and customer requirements

- Fill orders consistent with packing slips

- Clean up and sanitation of equipment and work area

- Familiarize self and adhere to company policies, procedures, and work instructions

- Operate forklift and pallet jack as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma/GED

- Forklift experience

- Basic math skills and the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure

- Good vision and depth perception

- Good manual dexterity and able to perform daily activities with hands

- Lift up 50lbs regularly and up to 100lbs occasionally

- Ability to apply common sense and follow verbal and written direction

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
