Forklift Driver

Job description:

2nd Shift Position 3:30 p.m. to Midnight (Until 2:00 a.m. With Overtime)

Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift trucks to move and stack materials

- Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts

- Perform order picking and ensure accurate inventory counts

- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning

- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year fork experience required

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with the forklift

- Basic math skills to accurately count and record inventory

- Familiarity with order picking processes in a warehouse setting

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
