Commercial roof repair tech

We are currently seeking a Commercial Roof Repair Tech to join our team!

This individual would be responsible for completing roof leak repairs, communicating with customers, and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Find leaks or damages on roofs

- Pick up needed supplies

- Do quality repairs in a timely fashion

- Build trust with customers

- Sell larger jobs if repairs will not work (to be completed by our crews) and receive commission

Full-time position for a person with the right experience!

Qualifications:

- General knowledge of all roofing types needed, with an emphasis on TPO and other single-ply membranes, other types of flat roofs, standing-seam metal, coatings, and flashings of all types.

- Must be able to pass a drug test

- Must have valid driver's license and vehicle

- Likeable personality for customer interactions

- Experience in other construction trades or related fields desirable

- Ability to find and repair leaks in a variety of roof environments: shingle, metal, flat, and all types of flashings

- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

- Ability to handle physical workload, climb ladders, work in steep and high places, and lift 80-100 lbs. at times

- Deadline and detail-oriented
