Business Support Analyst

Position:

• Experience in working in Agile project
• Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, status reporting
• Experience in Client interaction
• Strong analytical skills and good communication skills

• Experience in troubleshooting production issues

• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Kanban board
• Basic knowledge of Java, ORACLE PL-SQL
• Knowledge of POSTMAN/SOAP UI tools

• Will be responsible for initial analysis/investigation (production issues)
• Will be responsible for running regular scrum meetings
• Support to team for replicating issues in lower environment
• Be individual contributor, capable of taking up tasks from start to end with minimal assistance
• Identify gaps in current processes and take up process improvements
