This job is ONSITE in St. Louis, MOAs the Technical Business Analyst you will be working in partnership with the Cyber Security leadership team alongside internal and external business stakeholders and reporting to the Director of Strategy and Performance. You will be charged with driving forward projects, ownership of deliverables, management of the quality of the process and risk identification and mitigation.Responsibilities:
- Outlook Calendar management – Support and recommendations for scheduling
- Technical review board – Stakeholder alignment, allocation of resources and guiding the leadership team on scheduling and prioritization
- JIRA – Ensure tickets and moving forward and updated
- Arrangement and tacking meetings with Vendors and stakeholders
- Arranging daily scrums meetings across the various engineering teams
- In control and maintenance of documentation, process library for teams
- Expenses and travel arrangements
- Cross collaboration with key stakeholders, vendors and internal departments to arrange and facilitate project meetings
- Build relationships with department leaders, PMs, executive assistants and partners
- 2 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator/Management position
- High attention to detail, energetic, organized and proactive thinker
- Able to work within a large team
- Experience working with large data projects with delivery of concise information and summaries
- Ability to work to multiple timelines and targets
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Team player with forward thinking attitude
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong business planner and problem solver and able to handle multiple tasks
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
