WE ARE LOOKING FOR LONG-TERM, STABLE EMPLOYEES, NOT CONSULTANTS Summary:Major petroleum refinery company is currently seeking an SAP MM / PP Analyst to join their team. Requirements:
- The successful candidate will have at least 4-7 years of experience in post-implementation support of SAP MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning) modules. Experience should include strong hands-on configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and day-to-day troubleshooting. This role will interface directly with end users to gather requirements and provide training as necessary.
- Day to day work will consist of 70% MM and 30% PP work
- Experience in full lifecycle implementations a plus but this role is post-implementation / post-production support.
- Experience with integration to other modules such as Quality Management and Inventory Management
- ABAP skill/experience would be a huge plus.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must work well in a team as well as individually.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with repetitive manufacturing
- Must be able to wear multiple hats
- Provide day to day support including configuration, enhancements, modifications, upgrades, customizations and end user support within SAP MM/PP modules to ensure system is meeting business needs.
- Use repetitive manufacturing and process orders (Production Planning and Process Industry).
- Work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP MM / PP solutions.
- Conduct testing to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
- Provide end-user support and training on SAP MM / PP modules.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate SAP MM / PP with other systems and processes
- Perform data analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay up to date with SAP MM / PP functionality and industry trends to provide recommendations for system enhancements.
