FreedomWay Trucks is a family-owned truck dealership that has been very successful in its 3 years in business and continues to expand. Currently 60 employees strong, we are seeking a talented, experienced sales enablement specialist. Located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, midway between Mobile and New Orleans, we have a great lifestyle, great fishing, golf, and climate, along with a very reasonable cost of living. This position is on-site.

Job Summary

Can you strategize, implement and maintain processes and program initiatives that align with company growth objectives? Are you detail-oriented, inquisitive, and proficient in sales support? We are searching for a Sales Enablement Specialist who will work closely with our marketing team and lead all communications with our sales team. This role provides real-time support to sales teams, ensuring customer follow-up and maintaining sales databases. It also serves as the developer for content in our sales enablement platform, so our sales teams are armed to win and grow deals. This role is an opportunity to build a new function from the ground up and uplevel our marketing and sales-readiness. Your focus will be on continuous process improvement that helps create efficiencies & drive productivity for the organization.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales managers and the Marketing teams to ensure the sales teams receive the right information at the right time.

This includes training and communication on new product rollouts, new processes, tools, and projects, and posting related content to the Sales platform.

Support in end-to-end sales content creation – always ensuring the content is clear, concise, engaging and articulates value.

Solicit feedback and requirements from Sales and non-Sales functions on content and collaborate with managers on content governance.

Build linkages between training content and the sales cycle and identify the business impact.

Help the sales team achieve their targets, focusing on reaching digital leads and guiding potential leads through the sales process.

Ensure we are focusing our resources on the right deals and are systematic in our approach.

Assist the managers in collaborating closely with the sales team and the functions to keep the sales calendar of events constantly updated and prioritize activities based on sales team capacity.

Assist the Sales and Marketing teams on projects as necessary. For example, designing step-by-step guides for the sales team, collecting feedback from Sales on processes that can be improved, etc.

Qualifications

Excellent project management skills – the ability to multi-task, excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

Proven track record of strong interpersonal skills to deliver information optimally and excel in forming relationships.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think critically, and attention to the detail

A results-orientated, enthusiastic approach, able to work in a team.

Tech-savvy individual, able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and willingness to learn new marketing and sales software applications.

Must have prior knowledge of Meta for Business, TikTok for business, and either Photoshop or Canva.
