Window Installation crew member

Looking to add a fourth man to the crew. Business provides transportation and lodging, but you are responsible for your own meals. We work outside and it can get cold you will need to dress according to weather. The knowledge of window installation along with finished work and coiling a huge plus but we will train the right individual. Starting pay will be based upon experience and ability to perform job duties. Ideally, we like to be home weekends but sometimes we can be gone for two or more weeks and home a weekend than gone again. You are responsible to get to the designated pickup spot for work when we leave, but we provide the transportation from there and back to the pickup point. You will need to have a ride to and from this point. You must be able to read, speak, understand, and write in English to be considered for the position. You must have the legal right to work in the U.S. to be considered for this position. You will be working under a 1099. You will need to bring some of your own tools. These examples would be, hammer, tape measurer, cat bar, square, tool belt and carrying bucket or case, drill bits, and if you have your own of anything you want to bring it is allowed.
