Kootenia a top 25 Twin City Homebuilder is seeking a Warranty Technician-Handyman to work on Warranty claims

Also to be used on final crew - final stage of new construction

Must have a clean criminal and driving record as you are working in people's homes

Must be good with your hands and trouble shoot issues

Drywall repair and painting valuable

Will provide all necessary tools

Cell phone and vehicle allowance

Vacation, PTO, 401(k) with matching and Profit Sharing

NEED HANDYMAN FOR TASKS - at least $40/hr as a Handyman

Minnesota
