Supply Chain Solutions Architect

Ledgent Technology is partnering with a local manufacturing and retail organization to identify a Solutions Architect/Lead for the Supply Chain team. This is a direct hire opportunity which has the ability to work remotely. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Responsibilities

• Ensure the alignment of strategic objectives with technical direction for business and IT initiatives
• Provide technical leadership to product team for the support and improvement of Supply Chain systems, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Lead cross-functional enablement of Supply Chain initiatives in order to achieve organizational goals
• Collaborate with technical leadership, Supply Chain team, Solutions Architects, Project Managers, and other stakeholders in order to ensure cohesive and integrated approach to Supply Chain technologies
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
• Monitor system performance, identifying and escalating issues, documenting maintenance requirements, and providing suggestions for needed improvements
• Participate and provide input in design reviews
• Follow Enterprise Architecture principals for technical standards of products and services
• Communicate with management and other stakeholders regarding project developments and activities

Requirements and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical roles
• Experience with Supply Chain and omni-channel retail technologies, including architecture, implementation, and support
• Experience with Azure, DevOps, and Dynamics 365 ideal
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues inter-departmentally and at all levels
• Experience in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support
