Scrum Master

Hybrid Role Scrum Master 1. Role Responsibilities 1. Uses agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions 2. Collaborates with scrum masters to help support product development and business requirements 3. Assists in the creation of user stories 4. Participates in Sprint planning, sprint demos and sprint retrospectives 5. Assists in management of tasks, issues, risks, and action items 6. Participates in scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes 7. Assists Scrum Master in planning and organization of demos and product/system testing 8. Supports tracking of initiative processes, deliverables, and financials 9. Creates process documentation to ensure consistent delivery methodologies across enterprise 1. Role Requirements / Qualifications 1. >1 year hands on direct experience in agile methodologies as a scrum master or in a similar role 2. Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions 3. Attention to detail 4. Extraordinary judgement in high pressure situations 5. Experience with software development life cycle, waterfall and agile principles 6. Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or a relevant field preferred 7. Excellent people and portfolio management skills. 8. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. 9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
