Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital, conveniently located at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville.Open Positions:RN/LPN:RN starting wage of $33.07/hour and guaranteed wage increase of $2.00 over the course of the first year of employment!LPN starting wage of $24.90/hour and guaranteed wage increase of $2.00 over the course of the first year of employment!Full and Part-time day and shifts availableOn-call/casual shift availableSome Sign on Bonuses available!Must have current MN Nursing licensureAHA BLS or Red Cross CPR for Healthcare Providers or Professional RescuersOne to three years previous related experience preferred but not required

RN Nurse ManagerThis position is eligible for a $5000 Sign On Bonus!80 hours per pay period, Monday through FridayPart of On Call Manager RotationLeads, supervises, and directs and/or delegates all nursing functionsPrevious TCU/LTC management experience preferredCurrent MN RN licensureCNA:Starting wage of $19.75/hour and guaranteed wage increase of $2.00 over the course of the first year of employmentAdditional pay when working evening/night shiftsFull and part time roles on all shiftsActive on MN Nursing Assistant registryExperience working as a HHA, PCA, DSP or CNA preferred

Housekeeping:Guaranteed wage increase of $2.00 over the course of the first year of employmentCleans resident and common areas of community as assigned, including floor careMaintains cleaning equipment and suppliesAssists residents with laundry as requestedExperience in housekeeping or cleaning in a similar environment preferred

Dietary Assistants:Starting wage of $15.10 per hourPart-time day and early evening shifts availableServes prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and invitingExcellent customer service skills and aptitude, teamwork and positive attitude requiredNo previous experience necessary – we will provide training!Kitchen AssistantStarting wage of $15.10 per hourPart time day shift – 7:30am -2:30pmCleaning kitchen equipment, store room, dishes and food deliveriesPrior experience preferred but not required.
