Qualified Professional/RN

Carefree Home Services is looking for a Qualified Professional/Registered Nurse to provide PCA supervision, in Brainerd, MN and surrounding areas. This is a flexible Part Time position that allows you to create your own schedule. This would be ideal for a retired RN or a person that will have their children in school.

Create a client Care Plan using the PCA assessment as a foundation

Supervise the PCA's with knowledge of the clients cares, also a performance evaluation of the PCA working in the home

Able to pass a Criminal Background Check which includes Fingerprinting

Complete the required online Qualified Professional Training provided by the State of MN and the Steps for Success within 6 months of hire

Computer skills are necessary to complete required client paperwork

Able to communicate in fluent English, (reading and writing)

Current drivers license and MN Nurse license, in good standing

Paid PTO, mileage to and from the clients home

Great work ethics, compassionate to the individuals needs

We provide Personal Protective Equipment against COVID for the protection of the client and PCA's
