Production Assistant (Roofing)

Midwest Roof and Solaris seeking a reliable and motivated individual to support our Production Management team. Midwest specializes in roofing, siding, window, and gutter installation. We understand that ourTEAMis of foremost importance in our pursuit of excellence. We areONE TEAM.

TheProduction Assistantwill interact with Homeowners and subcontractors to ensure proper installation, ensures materials were ordered correctly, and certifies their prompt delivery. The roofing production assistant will need to be able to physically climb ladders to do roofing inspections. The right candidate will also be able to effectively and professionally communicate with upper-level management to ensure the safety, profitability, and quality of the projects. This individual will have full support from an office staff with any paperwork needs and will be provided with any necessary materials.

The Requirements

Experience working in roofing, construction or home services is required

Valid Driver's License

Professional and ethical

Strong work ethic

Detail- oriented

Great computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

The Position:

Quality Control of each job site- Ensure that materials arrive on-time and are not damaged.

Reading and executing work orders exactly.

Jobsite Safety

Communication between, General Manager, Project Managers, Crews, and material suppliers

Job site set ups, teardowns and cleanup/

Increase customer satisfaction and experience by identifying and communication job issues as they arise

Perform repairs as necessary.
