We are a growing construction company looking to add another person to our fast-paced office coordinating team.
Primary tasks will be fielding incoming calls, calling and scheduling appointments, creating Microsoft Publisher drawings, quoting projects and communicating with customers by phone or email. Due to the nature of our business, most communication with clients' needs to be clear and timely.
Coordinators sift and respond to around 300 emails each day.
Other tasks are ordering permits, coordinating sub-contractors and tracking inventory on products.
Ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail with a lot of moving pieces – working with a lot of numbers such as pricing, measurements, quotes, approval codes, addresses, phone numbers etc. Candidate must be able to adapt and remain flexible in the moment, often switching tasks at a fast pace.
