Nutrition/Weight Loss Customer Service

We are seeking a Nutrition/Weight Loss Customer Service Specialist who will provide service and support to our customers at our St. Louis Park store each Monday and Thursday between 2pm-7pm. The ideal candidate will have an interest in and a solid understanding of basic nutrition, as well as previous experience working directly with customers. The position requires an individual who is comfortable working independently, and who loves interacting with the public. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and basic computer skills. Previous experience in retail or other direct-to-consumer sales is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers by accurately distributing meal orders twice weekly.

Be able to confidently guide, assist, and educate customers about basic nutrition and weight loss principles as needed.

Proactively secure new and repeat customer orders.

Accurately and clearly communicate daily activities with our corporate office.

Be comfortable learning web-based applications and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Be willing and able to jump in with both feet to various projects that arise.

Be available to work Mondays and Thursdays from 2pm to 7pm. These hours are not flexible nor negotiable.
