We are a 75 apartment senior and assisted living facility
Maintenance is very appreciated by the elderly residents. They are very thankful and glad to see our maintenance techs. You meet the nicest people, it’s like helping your grandparents fix maintenance problems in their apartment home.
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday
On Call 5-week rotation
We are a team of 5 maintenance techs so there is another tech to assist
All Tools Provided
Competitive Wages
Higher starting wage if you have a boilers license.
We have a landscape company that does the yardwork and removes most of the snow.
