Job Description/Responsibilities:DDI Network engineer supporting DNS services across our global enterprise. Position will be responsible for maintaining DNS Infoblox Cloud supported Infrastructure with focus on IP Address Management, customer consultation, conducting seamless change activities, providing quick and effective incident resolution during high pressure war room situations, supporting customer requests, and contributing to strategic initiatives to advance the quality and capabilities of our IT service offerings to our customers. On-call escalation support will be part of the role, as will operating effectively in a 24x7 environment with colleagues from around the world.If you thrive working in a challenging environment where you will be a critical team member for a high priority service, this may be the position you are looking for.

• Degree in Information Technology field and/or equivalent professional experience

Ø 3-5 years' experience networking, switching and firewall environmentsØ 3-5 years' experience with DNS TechnologiesØ 1-3 years' experience with Cloud Technologies

• Extensive experience of Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM and related services - Configuration and Management
• In-depth knowledge of DNS, NTP, IPAM, BIND, and DHCP and Cloud Hosted Environments

• Experience with Infoblox Software and Implementation
