Currently looking to hire DSP (Direct Support Professional) position in our Burnsville group home. Work with 4 fun, independent women with Developmental Disabilities in a small 3 home company. Ladies prefer working with female staff. Great group looking for a patient, reliable and work orientated person to assist with daily living skills. No behaviors. Great enjoyable, relaxing, no stress job. No experience needed. Would work perfect if you are a student during the day - plenty of study time. One meal provided per shift, plus other perks. Hire bonus of $500.00 after 60 days.

Drivers license REQUIRED.

Position, Part time (30 hours): M-F 4pm-10pm. Starting pay $14.00/hr.

Duties include but not limited to: transporting to activities (company van), cooking, cleaning, problem solving, assisting with time management, mediation, companionship, role modeling, running outcomes, balancing individuals funds, medication administration (we train), daily needs such as assisting with laundry and household chores, etc.

This is a part time position but could move to full time if one asleep overnight was added (10pm to 8am). Full time positions includes PTO.
