Deli Manager - Knowlan's Fresh Foods

Knowlan’s Fresh Foods, a locally owned Company operating a chain of 8 retail grocery stores located primarily throughout the Metro area is seeking an experienced retail deli operations person to manage our Maplewood, MN delicatessen.

Responsibilities will include merchandising planning, P&L management, sales building, associate development, quality control, and sanitation/food safety standards, among others.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience managing a delicatessen/kitchen, be organized and detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
